STEP 1: FilterTrak Site Survey and Equipment Review
We begin with a complete survey of your equipment and operating conditions.
Based on your information, we establish the filter requirements and the filter change frequency.
STEP 2: Full Service, Fully Managed Filter Changes
We schedule and perform the service when it is due. The labor is provided by the FilterTrak service network and requires virtually no involvement of the store staff and absolutely minimal interruption in service.
STEP 2a Optional Self Service Filter Changes, Managed Scheduling and Monitoring
A do-it-yourself filter-change option is also available. We ship the filters to the store location a few weeks before the filter change is due. The filters are shipped in highly conspicuous packaging and include in the box complete instructions, filter change labels and a confirmation form. The store is also notified that filters are on the way (via email or fax) and to be on the lookout for them.
If we don't receive the form back we follow up with email, phone or fax to confirm that the service was completed. This prevents the store from getting a room full of filters and ensures that they are being installed on a regular basis.
STEP 3: Filter Change Confirmation
The service personnel or store personnel return the filter change confirmation form to FilterTrak via fax.
STEP 4: Records and Scheduling Updated
The FilterTrak database is updated based on the filter change date.
The next service date for the filters is established based on the filter change date.
The cycle begins anew with monitoring, management and service of your filters.
